Loopy Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use govern your use of Loopy: Mini Game & Fun ("Loopy", "the app"). By downloading, opening, or using the app you agree to these terms. Loopy is also distributed through the Apple App Store under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that age is higher, to use Loopy. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Loopy only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. User-Generated Content

Loopy lets you create and share content, including comments, your display name and profile biography, profile pictures, and mini games you generate with the app's AI tools. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for making sure you have the right to submit it.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute it within Loopy for the purpose of operating the service.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct — Zero Tolerance

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Loopy. You must not submit, generate, or share content that:

• is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualises minors in any way;
• depicts or promotes graphic violence, self-harm, suicide, or dangerous acts;
• is hateful, discriminatory, or attacks a person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, age, or sexual orientation;
• harasses, bullies, threatens, defames, or impersonates another person;
• is spam, deceptive, fraudulent, or promotes illegal goods, services, or activity;
• infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• contains malware or attempts to interfere with the app or its users.

You must not use Loopy to abuse, stalk, or harass other users, or to circumvent a block placed on you by another user.

4. Reporting and Blocking

Every user of Loopy can, at any time and without needing an account:

• Report any game or any comment, choosing a reason such as spam, sexual content, violence, or hate speech. Reported content is removed from your feed immediately and sent to us for review.
• Block any user, from their profile, from a game they published, or from a comment they wrote. Everything that user has published disappears from your feed immediately, and we are notified of the block.

Loopy also filters submissions automatically and rejects comments, display names, biographies, game titles, and AI prompts that contain objectionable language.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We review every report within 24 hours. Where a report is upheld we remove the offending content and eject the user who submitted it. Depending on the severity and history of the violation we may also issue a warning, restrict features, suspend the account, or permanently terminate it without notice and without refund.

We may remove any content that violates these terms whether or not it has been reported. Serious violations, including any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors, are reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Your Account and Deleting It

Loopy stores your profile and activity on your device. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. Deleting your account removes your profile, the games you created, your comments, likes, bookmarks, history, and follows. This cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and must be cancelled through your Apple ID settings.

7. Third-Party Games

Loopy displays HTML5 mini games that are created on and hosted by third-party platforms. Those games are not created by us and remain subject to the terms and policies of the platform that hosts them. We do not claim ownership of third-party games. If you believe a game infringes your rights, contact us at the address below and we will act on your notice.

8. Subscriptions

Loopy offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use Loopy after an update means you accept the revised terms.
